I've been reading this blog since I don't know when. It is the Happy Home Baking. That is the blog where I got the recipe for dog horlick cookies which I found really cute. I made them on Easter and it was a success. Then yesterday I tried to bake Oreo muffins. It was a success too! Except that I forgot to put the caster sugar after i sifted a little bit of flour. But I fixed it. The recipe makes 6 muffins and it was my first time making muffins from the scratch! (I used to make instant muffins where you can buy it from Woolworths/Coles - where basically you just mix what's inside the box and put it in the oven). My muffins are heart-shaped because I used the heart-shaped muffin tray which I bought almost 2 years ago and I have never used it!
